At Babudu, your comfort comes first. If your sleepwear isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’ve made our returns process simple and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Return Period

Babudu offers a 20-day return period from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for processing.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition
  • Items must include original tags and packaging where applicable
  • Items must be free from any damage, stains, or alterations
  • Intimate apparel and sleepwear must maintain hygiene standards

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at support@babudu.com
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Our Customer Care team will provide return authorization and instructions

3.2 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Babudu is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

3.3 Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt of returned items.

4. Refunds

4.1 Regular Items

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges ($4.99) are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

4.2 Sale Items

  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only
  • Store credit will be issued as a voucher/coupon code with equivalent value
  • Voucher can be redeemed online for any other product
  • Vouchers have no expiration date unless otherwise stated

5. Exchanges

Babudu does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange items must:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

6. Damaged or Defective Items

6.1 Upon Delivery

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us immediately at support@babudu.com
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective item
  • We will arrange free return shipping and provide replacement or full refund

6.2 Manufacturing Defects

Items with manufacturing defects discovered within the return period are eligible for full refund or replacement at customer’s choice.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Items returned after the 20-day return period
  • Items that have been worn extensively or washed

8. Refund Processing

8.1 Timeline

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by financial institution)

8.2 Notification

Customers will be notified via email once their return has been received, inspected, and processed.

9. Delivery and Shipping Policy

9.1 Standard Delivery

  • Delivery timeframe: 1-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Delivery fee: $4.99 (non-refundable except in cases of merchant error)
  • Orders are prepared by our Softwear Specialists and handled by trusted delivery partners
